Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 1betmega Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein without prior notice.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 1betmega is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 1betmega makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and 1betmega accepts no liability arising therefrom.
In compliance with international gaming authority licensing requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, 1betmega conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. 1betmega accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Deposits are credited to your 1betmega Wallet in real time or within the processing time of the relevant payment provider. 1betmega does not charge deposit fees, however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1betmega Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 business hours. 1betmega does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party financial institutions.
Players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. All active Bonus Funds must meet their applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated Real Funds balance can be withdrawn. 1betmega reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request where unusual patterns of play or suspected policy violations are identified.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect service availability. 1betmega's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Funds deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Upon account closure due to a Terms violation, 1betmega may withhold outstanding balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
